Software：Dynaform、Autoform、Fastform for CAE，And AutoCAD、UG、Pro/E、Solidworks etc for CAD design；　

Generally speaking, the die constuction design is up to part's complexity, usualy finished in 1 week, often provide AutoCAD format with 2D, if client require 3D format, it also OK.
